The bungalow faces North-West, which presents magnificent sunsets every evening. Relax and let yourself go and enjoy the timeout from everyday life.

The traditional hipped roof has skylights providing glimpses of the Twelve Apostles and Table Mountain.
Lion’s Head is in full view from the spacious deck serving as an outdoor dining and lounging area under a retractable awning.

Landscape
The flowing fynbos landscaping leads down to the rocks before the Atlantic Ocean, with waves creating the only sound besides the squelch of Oyster Catchers, Gulls and other birds that come down from the mountain each day. Whales, dolphins, seals, sea otters, cormorants and gulls can be seen from the deck. Explore the tidal pools for klipvis, starfish, eels, crabs, and other intertidal molluscs and seaweed.

Layout
The bungalow is located on two levels, with the living room and dining areas on ground floor, along with the guest bedroom, lounge, dining area, study, kitchen, scullery, and laundry room. The guest bedroom opens onto a courtyard and has a bathroom on suite.
The main bedroom is located downstairs and is a spacious bolt hole that provides comfort and security, peace, and tranquillity. It is an idyllic setting and unsurpassed in this part of the world. There is a dressing room and bathroom on suite.

The bungalow is serviced weekly by a housekeeper.

The shops are 10 minutes away on the coastal walk to Camps Bay. A neighbourhood café is just round the corner for early morning coffee and meals through the day.
