Where do I begin with how this person is engaged in malicous intent to harm me?
This is Annemieke Cronje
My estranged half sister. Who is actively engaged in activities that could be considered unconstitutional, even criminal. She violates my right to privacy, dignity and freedom. She defames me and denigrates me as much as possible to complete strangers, my staff, colleagues, clients, anyone who I am associated with. She applies for protection orders against me and provokes me to speak up for myself with her actions. None of this is normal behaviour.
Annemieke Cronje
No Qualification in place to call herself a Master Practitioner in Real Estate
Annemieke Cronje is the principal agent for Annemieke Properties. On her Linked In profile she holds herself out to have achieved the MPRE designation, which is not true. She has not written any of the prescribed exams, not PDE4 nor PDE5 and is therefore not entitled to call herself a Master Practitioner in Real Estate. Hence she lacks knowledge of the laws that govern the real estate industry. As well as common law principles which is why she thinks her actions don’t have consequences.
Annemieke clearly hates the fact that I have actually achieved this qualification, as I have the certificate to prove it. In fact she has always been jealous of me, on every level which is one of the reasons for her malice. The other reason is to cover herself for her evil behaviour.
Durbanville – the Northern suburbs of Cape Town
She lives in Durbanville and from her Property 24 listings it is clear she only operates in the areas of Durbanville and Kraaifontein.
No business in the Atlantic Seaboard
Yet she is very active on social media platforms like Facebook, where she has joined various groups in the Atlantic Seaboard area where I live and operate my real estate business.
Denigrates and defames me in private and publicly
She has sent numerous people messages about me, that has the sole intention of harming me.
Take a look at what she sent to one of the admins of a Sea Point community group with nearly 10,000 members, viz. Sea Point community.
And the type of posts she comments on another local group in my community.
Aided in violating a protection order
Annemieke was complicit in the violation of a protection order I was granted in 2023, against a very well known public figure of the Atlantic Seaboard area, who is notorious for using her Public Relations skills to defame people. – click the link to open the statements she has made against various people, which is indicative of how sensitive she is about how others perceive her.
Including her ex-husband whom she accuses of parental alienation and narcissistic abuse. Marina Nestel online defames and initiaties litigation with numerous people, who warned me to get the protection order against her because the smear campaign she launched against me, is a regular activity she partakes in.
Take a look at some of the posts Annemieke Cronje posted on this person’s profile of more than 5,600 followers, on the morning of Christmas eve day: 24 December 2023, which can be considered the date on which the online smear campaign started, where complete strangers have posted defamatory comments about me, based purely on false information they have been provided by Annemieke Cronje and Marina Nestel.
What makes this so much worse is that this also happens to be the anniversary of my mother’s passing away after a long battle with cancer, on her favourite day of the year, Christmas Eve and which we always honour her legacy by celebrating this evening.
Marina Nestel is arrested the day before New Years Eve
I made contact with Madri Steenkamp, legal representative for Marina Nestel, on 30 December 2023, when it became clear that the violation of the protection order would be continuous (it continues to this day and will likely continue to be violated as she has relocated to an island in Thailand), and when the detective advised me that Marina Nestel was not responding to her calls or messages to come in for questioning.
Asking Madri Steenkamp request her client make contact with Sea Point SAPS for questioning regarding the violation.
I was ignored.
Eventually Marina was located and asked to come to the station.
I was called numerous times by a withheld number, (which is something Annemieke has done to me very often), shortly after Marina’s arrest was announced on the Atlantic Seaboard Facebook group Annemieke is very active on.
THE ADMIN OF A LARGE COMMUNITY GROUP CONTINUES SMEAR CAMPAIGN
Which led to a full-blown media circus on a Facebook group which is a public group, and another large Facebook group viz. Sea Point Community (30,000+ members). which is not Public.
ALLEGATIONS OF DESTROYING LIVES AND BUSINESSES: A CALL TO HAVE MY LICENSE REVOKED
I have since had complete strangers accuse me of destroying people’s businesses, that I should not be supported in my community and have my license to trade as a real estate agent revoked.
I have also experienced non-payment of close to R1m of fullfilled mandates of sale and lease agreements.
It is hard to believe that all of this negative publicity didn’t in some way have an influence on my dealings with clients in my community.
To say that this has caused my business, my family and myself financial harm, would be an understatement.
I have not engaged with any of these people and have endured enough hatred.

This video Marina took of me in 2022 when I believed in her and tried to assist her in her so called parental alienation issues.
Marina told me that her son’s father refused to comply with a court order for her to see her son, which I later realized isn’t true.
The admin posted this as a comment, which made it look like I am the one always seeking drama.
One of the many strangers, Debbie Walker, has stated that I am unhinged and ‘suffer mental health’ (sic).
That I have teamed up with one of Marina’s enemies to destroy Marina. Which I deny.
Another complete stranger, Sabine Hartmann-Stander has accused me of destroying lives and businesses and that my Facebook profile should be shut down and my license to trade to earn a living should be revoked.
That I should be arrested and pay for damages I have caused.
Both of these people live abroad apparently, one in the UK and the other in America.
So Marina has been very strategic in who she selected to manipulate into believing major untruths.
ALLEGED POLICE BRUTALITY
I was present at Marina’s ‘arrest’, she was driven to the station by her friend Nicole Amm in Nicole’s car, and it has to be noted that Nicole misled the police about Marina’s whereabouts.
Nicole told the officers that Marina was not at the apartment where they found her and refused to give them access.
It also took about an hour for Marina and Nicole to leave the apartment with the police to go to the station.
There were no handcuffs and she was not formally arrested.

However Marina Nestel has accused the police of manhandling her and produced photos of bruises on various parts of her body after she was released the next day.
MARINA NESTEL IS A BLATANT LIAR
Given my first hand account of what happened and Marina’s general credibility to date, this is all very hard to believe to be true and likely just to create more sensationalism to foster further hatred for the so-called perpetrators of the ‘injustices’ she says she experiences.
I tried to make the posts about me stop
After I applied for and was granted an interim protection order, the group admin produced a 135 page Responding Affidavit, ‘anticipating’ the application much earlier thereby putting me to terms to respond within five days or else the interim order would be set aside.
I didn’t have sufficient time as I am actually very busy with life: running a household, taking care of my family and my business, all of this a nuisance and terrible distraction.
Hence at court the Magistrate requested I pay his lawyer’s fees if I wished to have her grant a two week postponement to respond.
No case was heard from either side as was alleged.
I obviously didn’t want to be slapped with his lawyer’s R20,000+ legal bill and agreed to have the order set aside.
I was invited to return with a new application, but after he revived all the posts on his group, I decided to let the monkeys and their circus have their fun and started to record everything.
The incitement to hatred against me continued on these community groups on Facebook.
So convinced by these two women of my having caused them harm, his very words were that I wished to shield myself from the consequences of my ‘actions’.
Which actions is he actually refering to? The fact that I had a Protection from Harassment order and the Defendant violated it and which I reported?
Or that I’ve been falsely accused of destroying businesses and lives?
Shaming people, talking about people and their private lives, is of no interest to me whatsoever.
I also ensure that my communications remain respectful and not in violation of the Constitutional rights of others.
ALL STRANGERS, BUT FOR TWO PEOPLE, INVOLVED IN SMEAR CAMPAIGN
All the people who participated in persecuting me are complete strangers to me.
The comments, the liking of comments to harm me and my business.
By people who believe lies about someone they don’t even know.
LIES PERPETUATED BY MARINA NESTEL AND ANNEMIEKE CRONJE
Afraid that people will find out their truth, they both have a vetted interest in harming me to protect themselves of their own shame.
DEMONIC POSSESSION
These people, as well as the many strangers, are the opposite of kind and decent and literally trying to hurt me because of their own personal traumas and agendas.
Their actions with clear intent to incite hatred towards me.
The very thing I’m continuously and falsely accused of doing.
Is this the Spiritual Warfare that we hear about? The War on Happy People? It’s quite simply demonic.

MARINA DECEIVES PEOPLE INTO BELIEVING I AM ACTIVELY INVOLVED WITH HER
Many people fell for the lie that Marina Nestel and I have an ongoing ‘feud’.
Rachelle Barioli another complete stranger, posted a warning about doing business with ‘women with money’ who create havoc in many lives, questioning anyone in Sea Point supporting and doing business with them (refering to me) after continuous evil behaviour.
She suggested someone (I) paid for the docket to disappear.
Another stranger Colleen Green in the property industry herself, suggested this smear campaign be extended to the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority for further investigation.
Annemieke Cronje was fully appreciative for undertaking to extend the smear campaign on this group.
FAILED JUSTICE SYSTEM
The violation of a protection order case by the state vs Marina Nestel was thrown out, which is unbelievable since this order was violated continuously, but after all the drama, accusations of bribing the police and officers of the court at every public announcement of every appearance and further damnation by ill-wishing believers of Kharma and Bible-citing “Christians”, when Marina left for Thailand it was a bit of a relief.
Surely, if I were so connected and bribing anyone she would still be on trial today.
It just proves that you can literally violate a court order continuously and get away with it.
Doesn’t really give one a sense of there being any justice.
So why bother applying for a protection order?
MARINA NESTEL – a brief encounter
As for my relationship with Marina Nestel, this lasted about four months, when I moved to Sea Point in August 2022.
She confided in me regarding an urgent operation that she needed to have done and didn’t have the funds for.
I launched a crowdfunding campaign on backabuddy linked to a Raffle, posted many posts about this on the Facebook group ASCF – Atlantic Seaboard Community Forum; since my company was the admin of the group.
We went our separate ways in January 2023.
DISPUTE OVER MONEY OWED TO ME
Marina Nestel owed me R750 (against my will I lent her this amount of cash, as I had made it clear I wouldn’t be lending her money) and another R750 for a toilet seat that she broke in my apartment, which required special installation by a handyman. (As part of the smear campaign she alleged that I charged her R1850 for the toilet seat).
After four months of full time volunteering to assist her with her medical procedure I wasn’t going to be left out of pocket of actual costs borne out of damages Marina Nestel caused.
Marina Nestel never lived with me as was alleged, she did visit quite a few times, though.
SAPS OFFICERS AT MY APARTMENT BLOCK
Marina brought six SAPS officers to my apartment block, due to my refusal to release six rather large boxes that I stored in my garage of her belongings unless she paid me the money she owed me.
Marina didn’t have a car so she came in her friend’s car and entered my apartment block grounds together with Simone Seeff by tailgating a resident, effectively trespassing, as I had refused to give them entry.
I therefore posted the reason behind the police coming to my apartment on the same community group where all the fundraising and updates on Marina’s operation were announced.
I had just moved into the block four months prior, and it shed an embaressing light on me and my children to have the police knocking on my apartment door.
PUBLIC APOLOGY TO IVO NESTEL
I also publicly apologized to her ex-husband, Ivo Nestel, for believing Marina’s lies about him.
Ivo Nestel, his family and girlfriend Natasha Kritzas, and Luc – Marina’s son, are the real victims at the hand of this woman who publicly accuses them of Parental alienation.
What Marina posts about him being a narcissist and targeting her is false.
Having witnessed her interaction with her son, there is so much healing desperately needed and no one seems to be taking this seriously.
Instead, plenty of accusations and harassment are the call of the day by Marina Nestel.
She is not the victim in this scenario, rather she just uses her estranged family for further publicity for herself as ‘the victim’.
THE VIDEO OF MARINA NESTEL PLEADING BANCKRUPTCY AND DESPERATE FOR A HIT OF COCAINE TO HER DRUG DEALER
This video that was shared to me and others is probably the number one reason behind Marina’s attempt to harm me and others who have seen it and shared it with people.
I am sharing it for three reasons.
The first is because it reveals the truth behind Marina Nestel being an addict, which resulted in her misfortunes (not other people destroying her business or parental alienation).
The second reason for sharing it is to demonstrate her convincing acting ability, very capable of deceiving anyone especially gullible people who believe her lies.
Marina Nestel claims that she has a very high level of integrity, it’s clear she doesn’t. That’s the third reason.
This information is not being produced to shame her, rather to demonstrate she’s not the perfect person she keeps trying to prove herself to be. We have all made mistakes. One should rather own one’s failures and apologize to the people you have hurt.
Perhaps then our community can actually stop being terrorized by this woman if she would just allow herself to heal properly.
DESERVING OF AN OSCAR
APPROACHED BY NUMEROUS VICTIMS OF MARINA NESTEL
I removed my post after about a week, but it was then that I was contacted by a number of victims.
Including someone who has also been continuously harassed, falsely accused of criminal offences, threatened, basically traumatised by Marina Nestel in the most horiffic ways imaginable.
Marina herself posted defamatory lies about me which she kept up and launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise money to sue me.
Romy Tarboton was her only benefactor.
MATT MERCER POSTER OF ME
One of the items that Marina posted was this POSTER created by another estate agent in Hout Bay.
Matt Mercer has defamed me on his Hout Bay Organised Facebook group, in 2014 and proceeded to block me as well.
This resulted in my ‘GLEE CLUB’ of singing workshops for children to fail due to parents becoming suspicious of me.
The poster he has produced and distributed of me reads as follows:

Which estate exactly I still do not know to this day, because I would have obviously taken it up with them.
Ofcourse, it’s a complete lie, but this image has been circulated widely by Matt Mercer to discredit me.
It demonstrates the type of person he is to do this to another human being should be considered criminal as it’s defamatory and with the clear intent to harm my reputation and public image.
It has been posted by Marina Nestel as well as Annemieke Cronje, and used against me in court, that I know of.

After I saw this poster added to Marina’s post about me, I decided to apply for a protection order.
Once granted, I went on with my business as usual, feeling assured I was not going to be harassed by her.
I was warned that she has no regard for the law whatsoever, as she has nothing to lose.
I guess that was proven to be correct!
MARINA NESTEL’S PR BUSINESS WAS NOT DESTROYED BY ME
To accuse me of being the cause why her business is failing, is a lie.
She was broke when I met her and had one PR job at a local restaurant once a week which was terminated shortly before her operation.
And another at a charity organization in Tafelsig, Mitchells Plain.
Various people have been accused of destroying her business even before I came along as well.

FALSE ACCUSATIONS OF CYBER-BULLYING, SPAMMING AND HACKING SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS
That I hack her social media accounts and spam her with messages is a lie.
That I am conspiring with another woman to destroy Marina Nestel is quite simply ludicrous.
I have no interest in her life, or to even contact her at all.
Having to put together this information and pay it attention has been a necessary waste of my precious time.
BUT GOD LOVES EVERYONE
After everything that has happened, I sincerely wish all of these people nothing but redemption and deliverance from the evil they have been involved in, in trying to hurt me.
For as the Bible states, “No weapon formed against you shall prosper.” Isaiah 54:17.
And so it is.

ANNEMIEKE IS SUCCESSFUL AT BANNING GODELIEVE FROM VARIOUS FACEBOOK GROUPS
Annemieke has managed to get me removed from some of the professional groups on Facebook such as the Property Practitioners group by Greg Nathan, by producing evidence of having obtained a protection order againts me, accompanied by the varous fabricated lies and twisted truths.
The obtained by default Final order, as I didn’t defend her application, was never served on me and I was not made aware of it’s existence.
THE MANE FELDMAN TRUST AND VICTORSKLOOF LODGE PROCUREMENT COMMISSION
Let’s back-track to the period when I worked for Annemieke Properties for a few months from 15 Feburary 2016 until June 2016.
COMMISSION DUE IN THE AMOUNT OF R120,076.74
The Mane Feldman Trust (the landlord) which consists of Barry Pogrund, Craig Schneider and Ronald Feldman, took the tenants and entered into a lease agreement with them, completely cutting me out of the equation, for a 5 year lease with Derek and Lilien Paxton of the property known as Victorskloof Lodge.
This was because they refused to pay the fees for the procurement of the tenant of a residential property, arguing that the commission due was for a commercial lease which it was not because the trust was never registered for VAT.
They produced SAPOA commission rates, which is substantially less than residential property rental commissions.
They offered to pay R171,538.20 sometime in 2016 for the entire five year lease which started at R70,000 per month and is likely in the region of R120,000 per month today.
Annemieke Properties had not actioned payment from the Mane Feldman Trust in over two years, therefore I pursued a claim via a High court case 2980/18, in 2018, which had already cost over R20,000.
At that stage she had not yet received payment of the commission from the Mane Feldman Trust.

ANNEMIEKE CRONJE LIED UNDER OATH
In her responding Affidavit and plea, under oath, Annemieke said that I was not the effective cause of the lease that came about with the tenants and the Mane Feldman Trust.
Anyone can pick up the phone and call up Derek Paxton or Lilien Paxton at Victorskloof Lodge today, and ask them who the agent was that introduced them to the property. It was me ofcourse.
Annemieke has engaged with Lilien on a Facebook post, so she could confirm it with her via that route as well!
Annemieke has never stepped foot on that property, nor met them in person either, but she has accepted payment for the deal I brokered, but which she denies I was the effective cause of.
The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration claim
I attempted to recover my commission via the CCMA only for them to rule that it was too high of claim for them to deal with.
ALLEGATIONS OF VIOLENCE MADE BY ANNEMIEKE BEGIN
Annemieke claims that I was escorted by a security guard from the building after the hearing, that I damaged her car and tried to run her over.
All of these allegations are complete lies. Since this is the only time she can say I was within 1 metre of her.
It was based on these lies that she applied for a Protection order against me and which I unfortunately failed to defend.
I have never been charged or found guilty of violent acts by anyone.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS HAD TO BE DETERMINED IN WRITING BY EMAIL
There was never an employment contract and I had to get an agreement in writing by sending an email to Annemieke and asking her to draw up a contract, which she never did, therefore I asked her to respond in agreement.
Which she did simply with as few words as possible:
“That is correct.”

A VALID FIDELITY FUND CERTIFICATE ENSURED I WAS COMPLIANT AND THEREFORE ENTITLED TO CLAIM COMMISSION FOR DEALS I BROKERED
VICTORSKLOOF LODGE COMMISSION SPLIT STILL UNPAID BY ANNEMIEKE PROPERTIES
Annemieke was paid R150,000 for the Victorskloof Lodge deal, in 2019 and had still not paid me my split by August 2020.
I took to social media to raise awareness around Annemieke Properties not honouring an agreement to payment of a commission split to an agent that was in its employ.
VIOLATION OF PROTECTION ORDER NEVER SERVED ON ME
This was the violation of the protection order that I was never served, for exercising my Constitutional right to Freedom of expression after the various avenues already undertaken had only proven to be a waste of my time and resources.
28 MONTH CRIMINAL TRIAL – POSTPONEMENT AFTER POSTPONEMENT
A two and a half year criminal trial with monthly court appearances had to be attended by myself, which I had to travel from Hout Bay to Bellville for, once a month from August 2020 until 7 December 2022.
This equates to a whole month of my life that I was subjected to this injustice for wrongful arrest and a criminal trial that the NPA eventually threw out after I had established contact with Advocate Galloway and made representations as to the validity of the case.
PROTECTION ORDERS SET ASIDE
I also had to employ legal council to have both the interim protection order, and the final protection order set aside: two trials, because the interim protection order was a domestic harassment order, and it was established that Annemieke and I do not have a domestic relationship. The final order was set aside due to the fact that I had not defended it at the time of granting and based on the evidence I provided.
IRREGULARITIES OF COURT AND SAPS PROCESSES
All of my attendences for the criminal trial were postponements due to the Magistrate being transferred to another district shortly after the trial began and she was never at Bellville court on the days of my appearances. Annemieke insisted on a change of prosecutor, which resulted in another six postponements.
On the one day that the magistrate was at court, Annemieke was absent as witness due to not being served a subpeona by the Detective Constable Shaun Townsend. Who I later discovered conspired with her against me.
ONGOING PREJUDICE
You could say I was severely prejudiced on an ongoing basis due to these postponements, that took an entire day of my life every time: two and a half hours of travelling and anywhere from three to five hours of hanging around on those hard benches waiting to be called up as ‘the accused’.
I had legal council at some of these postponements, but later opted to represent my self as the legal costs were adding up, and therefore if you are not represented one can expect to be prejudiced continuously, as I discovered.
ARREST FOR CONTEMPT OF COURT
When I missed one of the court dates towards the end of 2022 (16 July), purely out of being overstretched with responsiblity, I was arrested at my home in Hout Bay in front of my family and detained at the prison cells in Durbanville for the night.
The Detective Constable Shaun Townsend, who presided over my arrest, was complicit in the failure to serve the subpeona on Annemieke to attend to court.
I lodged a complaint against him for this with the Inspectorate: case no. CMSD 8/11/2022.
He was allegedly reprimanded for this as the Inspectorate takes misconduct by SAPS officers seriously.
Therefore this avenue did prove to be effective at reporting this irregularity, but they are not able to disclose what the outcome of the enquiry was.
INTERIM PROTECTION ORDER AGAINST ANNEMIEKE GRANTED IN 2023
Going back to where we started off: when I was presented with the message Annemieke sent to the admin of the Facebook Group: Sea Point Community I applied for a Protection from harassment order against her at the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court.
I was granted a temporary Interim Protection order.
Annemieke actually violated this interim protection order by threatening me outside the court on the day of the trial 25 May 2023.
The security guard was witness to this and has given her statement to me. I reported this violation to SAPS but the case was never pursued.
I even took it up with the NPA but they said that my statement did not corroborate with that of the witness.
APPROACHED AND THREATENED
Whilst walking to my car from the court building, Annemieke was walking in the road a few metres away from me, and then decided to turn around and came directly at me, after she cussed:
“You won’t get away with this Lieveke. Youre a F—-ED up woman.” were her exacts word, take a listen.
SECURITY GUARD WITNESS TO VIOLATION OF INTERIM PROTECTION ORDER
She escorted me to my car after that, to make sure that Annemieke wasn’t waiting for me to continue her threatening actions.
PAST PROTECTION ORDERS AND CRIMINAL CASE PRESENTED AS HER DEFENCE
Annemieke defended the granting of the Final Protection order raising the past few years of history of her order (granted by default and set aside), the resultant criminal case, etc. and relied on the fact that I did not disclose these details as my motive for the application.
That I wanted to take revenge on her.
The court dismissed my application.
After the Christmas eve 2023 smear campaign was launched against me, I attempted to apply again for a protection order, but the same court denied my application, stating that I should come to see the Magistrate.
I have lost any desire to go back to these government courts, given my experience.
I am addressing the prejudices I have experienced with an Assembly independent of the current court system.
ANNEMIEKE’S GREED FOR MONEY
Annemieke has in fact been taken to court by my late father for coercion to change my later mother’s life insurance policy.
My father, who paid all the premiums and was the sole beneficiary, was removed and Annemieke appointed as the sole beneficiary shortly before my mother passed away from her long term illness.
After I relocated to the Netherlands in 2002, at the airport Annemieke told me to bid my father farewell that that would be last time I would see him. He was found deceased in his house 5 weeks later, his body heavily decomposed.
Her father in law presided over the sale of my father’s house.
Even though I had spent a considerable amount of my own money renovating it, I never submitted my expenses and even to this day not sure if I received my fair share of the proceeds of the sale.
SALE OF OUR HOUSE IN HOUT BAY IN 2016
Annemieke attempted to renegotiate the commission on the sale agreement of our house with my partner.
The buyer I had been negotiating with, returned to make another new offer, after I resigned from Annemieke Properties.
We still honoured Annemieke Properties as the firm through which the introduction to the buyer was made.
But Annemieke sadly took it on as her sale, not mine, and made sure she was in full control of the entire process.
She was furious that I wanted to start my own company.
ANNEMIEKE OFFERED TO AMEND COMMISSION FROM 5% TO 4%
Annemieke reported me to the Estate Agency Affairs Board, for brokering the agreement of sale, whilst my FFC was not yet issued in my new company name.
She tried to change her (35% of 5% on a R4.150m price) R72,625 to R166,000 (4% of R4.150m).
You’ll note that the commission to her, as per our agreement should have been 30%.
However, I elected to make it a bit more to sweeten the deal, but this was simply not good enough for her, she wanted the full 100% of 4% of the purchase price and to have me cut out of the deal altogether.
Unfortunately for her, Jeremy Thomson who is a man with integrity, didn’t opt to cut me out and honoured the sale agreement that I had produced with the buyer.
After all, we were a couple, with our new born baby girl and this money would be coming back to our household anyway, so not sure what Annemieke thought she would be achieving by tempting my partner to betray me in this manner?

With nowhere else to turn to, I raised her behaviour with the Estate Agency Affairs Board for interfering in the sale of our house.
This certainly didn’t help at all a she accused me of embaressing her.
She vowed she would “ruin” and “destroy” me for this, that I had “dug my own hole”, that I have dimentia (sic), that I’m “delusional”, I’m “disillusioning” myself, that Jeremy my partner told her I have “dimentia” (sic); saying “you are finished”, “good luck”; that the buyer was afraid that I would jeopardize the sale, and that she had laid charges against me at the EAAB and Lola Kramer had laid charges against me at the EAAB; that I would have to deal with all these enquiries.
She continued to say that she had sold our house, that due to my leaving her firm I wouldn’t get a cent and that the sale of our house was none of my business.
That I was not the selling agent and that she would get a dam good lawyer to dispute the commission payment to me.
That I should have left her business alone. She referred to another attorney who had nothing to do with the sale, Jacques Esterhuyse from ESI Attorneys, that he had said I had dug my own grave.
The buyer became suspicious of us, to the point that we refused to hand over the property to her before the property transferred and the money paid into Jeremy’s bank account, all due to Annemieke’s undue influence.

One of the excuses Annemieke uses to ‘warn’ others about me, is that I won’t leave her alone, that I seek revenge.
That I want that money for the Mane Feldman Trust deal.
I’ve moved on. I make this type of commission with one luxury rental I broker.
So the time to engage in taking her to court would be a huge waste of my resources and precious time.
It’s simply not true that I have any interest in her life.
On the contrary she keeps herself very up to date about me and my life.
In response to all of this, I posted one Public post on my Facebook profile on 10 May 2024.
I had endured enough of watching this abuse online.

Someone close to me commented on how Annemieke and I do not look like sisters.
Annemieke proceeded to contact her by private messaging.
I AM TIRED OF THIS. IT’S RIDICULOUS AND NEEDS TO STOP
I have absolutely no desire to engage with Annemieke, or to contact people in her community.
Her posting complete lies about me on social media is a criminal offence.
My one post in response to this behaviour, is really me standing up for myself.
If what I post, which is the truth, offends her then it’s because her behaviour should be considered offensive.
So going to Bellville Magistrate’s court again, to apply for another protection order really is vexatious behaviour on her part.
I will be requesting the court grant me a cost order for putting this very relevant information together, that Annemieke failed to declare in her application.
I will also be applying for a Court Order that prohibits her from applying for any more protection orders against me as per the Vexatious Proceedings Act 3 of 1956.
This post will get updated, with every new violation of my Constitutional rights to Dignity, Privacy and Freedom of Expression and her agenda to incite hatred towards me by people in our community.
I wish to live my life in peace and without any further interference from her.
Everytime it’s brought to my attention that she has made contact with someone about me, it will be recorded here.

We grew up together. We have never had a close relationship.
Since the age of 18 years old not lived together, shared a social circle or engaged in each other’s lives.
I lived in Europe for eleven years in total and had no contact with her during that entire time.
Since being back for the last 15 years our contact was minimal.
I tried many times, because our family is so small, to foster a relationship with her, but that will never be possible because it’s obvious to everybody that she hates me.
Annemieke has absolutely no right to hold yourself out to be someone who knows me, because she does not.
She is a complete stranger to me and my family.
She needs to leave us alone now.
For one day she will have to face God for all the evil deeds she has carried out due to her greed for money.
Against me and my family, as well as our mother and my father.
May Annemieke be delivered from the demons that possess her in Jesus’ name,
May she seek repentence and be forgiven,
for her evil actions,
May the evil that possesses her and lucifer no longer have any hold over her whatsoever.
And so it is done.
